My therapist was Ali and he was the best! He did a great job listening to my goals and helped me achieve them prior to being discharged. He showed compassion and empathy throughout my treatment and I highly recommend seeing him.
From the minute I walked in the door 3 months ago, I have felt welcome at Athletico in Batavia. From the front desk to the therapists, assistants and trainees, I have been treated with friendliness, enthusiasm, positive energy and deep knowledge. My P.T. Assistant, Ali, has helped me tremendously to reach this point of taking a break from therapy. He has given me pointers that have made a huge difference in the way I feel and function. I will miss just going in there and feeling I am among friends who truly care and possess knowledge that can and will improve my physical condition. We are beyond grateful for Ali and the incredible care he provided for my husband after a tragic accident my husband was left unable to walk, and we were devastated. From the very beginning, Ali was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also compassionate and incredibly motivating.
