Everyone I encountered, whether they were directly involved in the procedure or not, was sympathetic and treated us with respect and dignity. Everything was explained and handled slowly and carefully. Dixie was calm and relaxed and it was a bittersweet end for our dear girl. I'm thankful for the compassionate life ending experience that saved her from suffering.“

“I am not one to leave reviews but.. I would like to thank the whole team for being so kind and compassionate to me and my piggy. They took great care of my girl until it was time for her to be put down. I called an hour before closing time and they told me they would wait for me. As they were getting things ready even though it was past closing time the girl that was there offered more time for us to say goodbye. It really meant a lot to me and my family. We are super thankful. I just opened my mail and saw they sent a sympathy card, it brought tears to my eyes. These are the people you want taking care of your pets! Always welcoming and attentive. “I took my baby here this morning to get a wellness exam and her updated rabies shots. Had an appointment for 8:45 AM we came on time got checked in at the counter. The lady checking us in seemed to be having a bad day. She wasn't all that friendly. However, everyone else was very pleasant. The veterinarian was so kind and informative, she let me ask all the questions I needed and answered any of my concerns. I came in at 8:45 and left at 9:20ish. Which is pretty good. I also thought the price was pretty affordable. For her wellness check and 3 year rabies altogether it was $180.00. I was definitely preparing for a steeper number than that. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I always feel my kitty is in great care here.“

“I have to keep this short before I start bawling again but wanted to give a huge recommendation for this place as an ER because a few days ago my husband and I had that nightmare, the one every single person reading this dreads, when one of our beloved cats died very suddenly, as in one minute the cat who had not been sick at all was playing and fine and the next he'd frozen up into some kind of siezure and stopped breathing in a matter of seconds. Terrified and in shock I googled ER vet near me and thank God I got this place, calling them while running to the car with our cat. We lost him, yes, to an apparent heart attack, but the kindness and care and steadfast feeling this clinic gave us when we needed it most has won them our loyalty and I'm grateful to everyone on staff that night for taking care of us, and of Captain Larry.“
