We purchased our new home in October, forgetting that the inspector told us at that time that the AC unit was aging and would need replacement within the next few years. July came along with its typical inferno and brought with it some evil humidity. Our poor old HVAC system couldn't take it and stopped working. On Monday afternoon shortly before business hours ended, I called All Season's and the helpful, friendly receptionist got us on their schedule for the very next morning! Our family of 4 ended up having a huge slumber party in the downstairs den Monday night, which brought some good quality family time in such an unfortunate situation if nothing else! At 8:00 Tuesday morning, Jacob arrived. He was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly: Our hero! After a few minutes of evaluation, he determined the capacitor had reached the end of its life. Which was sad, because it worked so hard! But knowing it was tired, Jacob removed and replaced it within a matter of minutes. The price for the part was fair, and lower than we had expected! He cleaned our outside unit, inspected the rest, and changed our indoor filter. And Voila! We were cool again! Jacob saved the day, and more importantly; our lives! Because kids today have never had to live without AC (boo-hoo), ours were a mess. Jacob fixed that too! He will be our go-to guy now for all HVAC related things. Most importantly, the big replacement we need to probably start planning now, instead of later! Don't hesitate if you are suffering heat or cold; just call these guys. They won't let you down!
