That’s her TG up there. She explained that appointments are required and guided me carefully through the steps until my visit was confirmed because I was in for the special service FS. Communication was smooth and everything felt organized before I arrived.

When I arrived I immediately understood why the approval code is required. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk.
