Clinton was amazing! I had a really bad kink and knot in my neck and shoulder blade and he was super knowledgeable on techniques and stretches to work it out. I would go back to him anytime!

Just had my first ever hot stone massage and Francis was my massage therapist at Renew. PHENOMENAL doesn't even come close to describing the experience! It felt wonderful and helped me de-stress. So professional and she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I will definitely be back!!!

My 17 year old 3 sport athlete was prescribed massage therapy for tendinitis and muscle pain he has in his legs. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and he was set up with Clinton! Clinton was great! Very knowledgeable and really made my son feel at ease! Great treatment, great place, great people! Very highly recommended!

(You don't have to be a member of the RiverPlex to be our client.) We offer Deep Tissue, Swedish, Therapeutic, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Chair, Sports and Prenatal massage, Cupping, pre and post-workout stretching as well as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching (PNF), Theragun Treatment & Kinesio taping.
