Marie & Dr Luyando were great! I wanted help to loosen up so I can get out of a funk and start working out again, Dr Luyando being a gymnast knows exactly what i needed to be worked on and takes your goal in mind for the best treatment solution. I am very satisfied with the level of care and treatment. The space is perfect, very zen, and great for a stop in right off the train for a quick adjustment if that's what you're needing.
My sister shared the Wellness Center with me after I couldn't find reilef with persistent neck and upper back issues (I carry my emotional junk there, plus stress, working long hours at a computer and picking up small kids = very, very tight neck and shoulders). I found more than relief in my sessions with Marie - I found a place that nourishes mind, body and soul in world that is constantly taking from them.I don't return here to "treat" myself when I'm stressed out (although that is a nice benefit!). I am not one to write reviews, but Marie and Dr. Luyando are both MAGICAL, not only in their practice but as people, too. I've dealt with neck/shoulder/and lower back issues for years and have done PT for both several times, and while they temporarily helped, the pain always came back. I took a chance on the wellness center, and I am so glad that I did. Going there was one of the best decisions for not only my body but my mind as well; I feel better than I have in years.
