What I like most about Great Clips is that they write down and record exactly how short your hair should be. Which includes all the settings on their Clippers. The next person that cuts your hair will have this information and you will get a haircut exactly like the previous one even if another stylist cuts your hair. No other chain or independent has ever done this.

There always seems to be a problem using my promotions I received by email. There is never a time it works and I end up losing it when it expires. The store can't seem to figure out the problem like me
