The sign on the door says they open at 830 am ( which BTW) is late for a cleaners to open. I am sitting in my car and the time is 855 AM and the front door is still locked and lights are off. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me when I wanted to pick up my clothes as soon as they opened. After waiting for 25 minutes, I have decided to go back home. Not a good way to run a business.
I have gone to this cleaners for a long time. Now I will have to find a new cleaners. Three of my shirts were ruined while at the cleaners and the owner would not do anything to rectify the problem. The three shirts all have blue stains from some sort of dye on them.
The Asian guy and lady (I guess the owners) are always very pleasant to have transactions with. I've had several dry cleaning service from them and so far they have never disappointed me.
