I called Versa med spa for laser appointments half a dozen times and they don’t even bother to call back. Ver bad customer service and irresponsible. They are very rude and no basic manners. We have to call them repeatedly for making appointments and we leave messages and they don’t bother to call back. Horrible horrible place and I will not recommend to anyone
It's ALL about the Benjamin's, here. Super COLD office staff, too. If you don't 'look' like Barrington, they put you in the pay no mind file.Check out my other reviews! I found a fantastic Dermatologist!
My husband went and was seen on time, didn't get laser treatments or Botox pitched to him and saw THE ACTUAL DOCTOR. Not some P.A. who gouges you to keloids and scars every time you get a mole biopsied. We went to a horrible money machine in Barrington for years and Dr. Van Dam and his team were head and shoulders above them. Really nice people doing good work.
