I cannot recommend this place enough. Dr. Trehan is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable the whole way through, she is very communicative and thorough. My teeth feel like 28 pearls. Thank you!

Great small dental office! Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very smooth and easy process. Dr. Trehan did a wonderful cleaning for me and took a lot of time to educate me and go over multiple dental options/ treatments that would benefit me. She also took the time to listen and ask me about my concerns and sensitivity, which are super important with routine cleanings. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning!

I had a toothache and my neighbor highly recommended Dr Trehan. I called the next morning and they said she could see me the same day! I loved her office and staff. The office had a very homey feel to it since it was once a house. She showed me the x-rays that her assistant took and explained to me my options to fix the cracked tooth. She also took a few photos of the tooth which she showed me on the computer screen. She had samples of crowns and partials which helped me to visually understand what was best for me. On the day of the appointment, Dr Trehan asked me before she started if I still had any questions. I have never had a dentist be so patient with me! Her staff looked into my dental benefits and submitted the claim to my dental insurance. During the procedure she explained what she was doing before she did it. After the appointment I went home and didn't have any pain. I didn't even need to take any pain medication! I highly recommend Dr Trehan to everyone. She is very gentile and caring

I am a current patient of Dr. Trehan. Her office staff is curtious and works well together. The Dr. informed about what she would like to do, the cost, and gave me options. During the procedure, she kept me informed and made sure I was comfortable. Well, as comfortable as one can be when having a tooth extracted, a bone graft and stitches! Dr. Trehan was very concious about not leaving a large gap in my smile. She made a temporay bridge as I wait for the gums to heal.

Went here years ago to have a tooth checked on. I was certain I had a cavity between my front tooth and the one next to it (it would catch on floss and there was a dark shadow behind it when I shone a flashlight behind it.
After taking the xray she said she didn't see anything there. I insisted she look again. She then said she did think there was a cavity there. As she's fixing the filling she's glancing at the TV in the room (behind her) and talking about it. Then she chips the bottom of my front tooth with her tool. After she's done with the filling, she has me feel my teeth with my tongue and look at them in the mirror. I can feel the front tooth is sharp and uneven and it looks chipped. I tell her that it wasn't like that before and she insists that it was. (I know for a fact that my tooth was not chipped and crooked on the bottom, my front teeth were always perfect). I insist that she fix what she did and she ends up filling the area she damaged. I am terrible with remembering names but after 10 years I still remember her name. I would never recommend this dentist to ANYONE. Maybe she's changed in all these years but I still would never want to see her face.

Dr. Trehan is above all exceptional!! I had an emergency when my crown fell off and my regular dentist would not take me until the following week. I called Dr. Trehan's office and her staff scheduled me in for that same day! During my visit, Dr. Trehan was very patient with me and took her time with everything. She explained everything to me while she was working on the tooth. She is very knowledgable, caring and very very gentle. The tooth in the back had decay and it was close to the nerve and she was very gentle when cleaning up the area. I am so thankful that I found such a wonderful dentist! Her staff is also very welcoming and knowledgeable with insurance questions. Needless to say, Dr. Trehan will now be my regular dentist!! If you live in Barrington or near the Barrington area, I would highly recommend her as a dentist. Thank you Dr. Trehan for helping me when I was in such pain and discomfort!
