This practice is really the gold standard in almost every part of the patient experience, from the reception area, to the hygienists to the dentists themselves. And the ‘bench’ is deep. I’ve been with this practice for almost 20 years. I highly recommend it.

Dr Shadee is a wonderful dentist at Dr Pennino’s office.They all are! Highly professional, caring, so pleasant and ready to give their best all of the time.
Dr Shadee just did a tooth extraction from me yesterday and was so kind, calm and did a great job of not only extracting my tooth, but making sure I felt comfortable and explained things as he went. He followed up by a call today to personally see how I was doing! He and the rest of the dentists, assistances and staff couldn’t be any nicer, helpful and good at what they do than any practice I’ve been to in the past. I highly recommend them to anyone. Once upon a time, I got a mailer about how they handle patients with dentist anxiety and I've been coming here ever seen. I can't say that the anxiety has completely gone away, but they handle it well, no matter who's working as my hygienist. The bedside manner is perfect, even when I'm being awkward. Thank you to Priscilla today :)
