If I could give more than five stars, I would! Joyce’s Driving School is the gold standard when it comes to professionalism, kindness, and top-notch customer service. From the moment we signed up, every interaction has been smooth, clear, and incredibly supportive. My kiddo is currently taking classes here. He says they are very informative and interesting. He goes to the Sunday only class. This will take several mnths to complete. The online system is easy to use and they send out info regularly to keep parents informed. Beware thou when it comes time to schedule the "behind the wheel " time you need to sign up early and a pro tip here they open the next mnths calendar mid mnth. So check early and regularly otherwise you will be stuck like me with a couple mnth wait to get my kiddo behind the wheel. They would be 5 star if they didn't have BTW scheduling difficulties.

Took son to get his license but the clerk said the required document wasn't filed with the state. I emailed Joyce and was pleasantly surprised when I got a prompt response even on the weekend. Diana listed the exact reason why the clerk was wrong. Another gentleman from Joyce called and gave his number so DMV can talk to him if necessary. It turned out Joyce was right and my son was able to successfully get his license. Not only are they responsive over the duration of my son's course but 8-months after the completion. Thank you Joyce for your prompt and accurate statement. We are relieved that we can finish getting DS's license today.
