Absolutely love this place but I would not get a membership until they re open the hot tubs in the women’s and the pool area these are simple luxuries that make this place worth its while

My time at this gym has been a mixed bag. While the facility caters to a predominantly geriatric crowd, the atmosphere can feel uncomfortable due to some gym-goers and staff (rude) staring at my tattoos as if they've never seen tattoos before. It's disconcerting and detracts from the workout experience. The fitness equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly, however, the broken hot tub has been a lingering issue for quite some time, dampening the overall appeal.

Locker rooms needs major remodel. Broken sink faucets, woman’s whirlpool broken for two years. Mirrors and counter tops worn. More like a park district facility. I have been a member for 12 years. Life Time Resort in Lake Zurich is looking pretty good!
