Jen and Kate made this tired working mom of two feel beautiful, pampered and loved. The team is helpful and friendly without pushy salesy vibe. Store is beautiful and expansive with a great selection and they had everything in stock that I wanted to purchase.

I have been to many bluemercury’s across Chicagoland this was by far the best experience I have had yet! The store was clean, well organized, fully stocked and had an amazing energy. Kristin and Shelby were super helpful, kind and made my shopping experience a true delight. The customer service was top notch as they provided loads of advice and suggestions throughout. And no they did not follow me around they let me wander while being available when I was ready- that’s so uncommon these days- and was refreshing!! I did a makeup application with Shelby and it was a great experience overall! I liked the look of my makeup and I am looking forward to incorporating all the new makeup products into my routine. I am especially happy with the new foundation and concealer that Shelby picked out for me. It looks great!Shelby was great!
