Jyoti has truly helped me “unlock” my body! When I started working with her I felt completely locked down. I was so tight and had very little flexibility. Slowly but surely she has released the tightness and brought me more flexibility! I learn a tremendous amount each and every time I visit her. I love how she works with your body instead of against it. Her space is truly a refuge where you can find calm and peace! I am so incredibly glad that I chose to work with her!

I am 63 years old. I’ve been a professional ballet dancer, my entire life. My performance career was extensive. And now my teaching career allows me the amazing opportunity to tour the country teaching for various dance organizations. With that being said, the dancing is way more challenging than it used to be. But what really aches in my body is the long trips either on an airplane or in the car. It seems that the sedentary long sustained movement causes much more discomfort. I have compressed discs in my lower back and in my upper neck.
