We had Shannon over to help us with our dingus Remy. She was really helpful and dint talk down or judge us. She helped us understand some of why Remy was acting like he was and what we were doing to contribute to his behavior without being judgmental. She was really patient with him and with us, and gave us some really simple concrete things we could do to help Remy be a better boy. Cant wait to put in practice what we learned and have her back for more work!
The best hands down! Shannon is Attentive caring and makes every trip away from my fur baby stress free! Keeps me in the loop with pictures and updates, she truly is an animal lover and turned my wild beast into an obedient little man!
