I’ve had a terrible experience with Rafael. My communication on the phone was great and he seemed to be very trustworthy. He was recommended to me by another contractor. We agreed on the work to be done at our condo in the city and I paid the deposit back in June. There was a miscommunication issue with the building engineer and he was not able to do the work the day he was scheduled. Ever since that I’ve tried to reschedule with no avail. I’ve requested several times for my deposit to be refunded and no answer what so ever. So now I’m out of almost 2 thousand dollars and no work done. It’s just infuriating
