I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past (one who should have retired but instead messed up the whole side of my face with two fillings). Sandra did a great job explaining what she was doing step by step. I am typically really nervous around any dental office but she eased my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Goetz was also really informative and made sure to explain how to help me get back to having a healthy smile.

There is a staff member at Smiles of Aurora. I would like to mention. Carolina always goes above and beyond for my family. I have sleep apnea when Dr Geotz told me about the mouth guard instead of that air machine and the hoses. The face mask would slide and I would wake. However with the mouth guard no more machine no more hoses. I sleep well every night. I highly recommend if you have slwep apnea. With that being said Carolina assists Dr Geotz with my procedures she always pleasant and cheerful and answers all my question. She is very good at what she does. She always reminds to bring my mouth guard in after a procedure if it needs a little adjust. Thank you Carolina... read full review
