Chuck showed up 20 minutes early for our appt. which was great. Hate when people are late. He was super nice and friendly and even shared some knowledge with me about services. Great company. We have dealt with a lot of pest companies but this was by far the best. Keep up the great customer service.
Very prompt and fairly priced service. I was having trouble with carpenter ants making their way in through the walls and they quickly diagnosed the issue and were completely up-front about costs and a treatment plan. They even took the time to answer my nervous questions about the treatment used and if my cat would be impacted. (She wouldn't be, though we left her in the guest bathroom while he was spraying. It'll be fully safe for her within 30 minutes, as the treatment dries.) I was very happy with the service and will be doing quarterly treatments from now on for the peace of mind!
Such a great experience with this company. Chuck was wonderful, very professional, honest, and went well beyond our expectations when treating my Mother's home. I will definitely use them again if the need arises, and have told others about them as well. Highly recommend!
