I have been using and proudly installing Peerless-AV Neptune TVS and Peerless mounts for years. They have some of the best support staff they are local here in Aurora IL. Everyone from the sales, warehouse staff. I'm proud to be a part of industry leaders in everything AV.

My appointment was at 9 AM. I got here 8:30 and they let me wait 1:30to come to check the seal It was a black fat guy. This is not the first time that I've been with Me. You guys supposed to check the seal and let the driver open the door and back up to the deck not be waiting in the company with the door close and the seal on one hour and a half.

Very disappointing. I thought after spending a premium for an outdoor tv, the company would surely back its products. These TV’s are a joke, the warranty is a joke, and the customer support is a joke. I strongly suggest researching all other products before you think about buying from Peerless!
