The welcoming and humble staff, including the independent doctors of optometry, offer clear answers and personal attention. With a clean and welcoming atmosphere, customers feel at ease, even if it's their first time getting glasses. The staff is courteous, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. They work with most major health and vision plans and welcome current prescriptions. Overall, Pearle Vision in Aurora is highly recommended for its exceptional service and care.
Recently went to Pearl Vision (on Kirk rd) as they accept my insurance. I have to say you can go to any place but if you are not stepping out satisfy and get all your concerns vetted, it is actually not a good visit.
I saw Dr. Dayra Macias she took her time and explained and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend her. And definitely will be back.
Carlos who checked me, took all my information and performed preliminary tests was friendly and professional.
Dr. Feiz is second to none. She’s patient, personable, knowledgeable and overall fantastic bedside manner. I would highly recommend bringing in the entire family.
I had such a great experience here!! Carlos and Mary were wonderful in helping me repair my glasses, and Mary kindly showed me several other options I could consider for new frames. They were both very helpful, and I’d highly recommend this place if even just for the customer service!
Prices were also pretty good.
