Came in as a new patient with multiple skin concerns that have been bothering me for months, requested full skin exam and while Dr and nurse attendant were kind and professional it did not feel like Dr Raab was listening to my concerns. He was just trying to get out of the room as soon as possible. Didn’t come out with issue resolved just pamphlets for warning signs of skin cancer. Won’t be returning here. Please listen to the needs of your patients in future even if it’s an “uncomfortable” though professional setting.

I called today this morning asking for an available appointment and didn’t even get to finish my sentence before I was rudely answered NO. Cause I didn’t even wanna make a future appointment at that point

I would not recommend this office to anyone. My experience here was horrible. Upon arrival I can hear the font desk clerk constantly sit and tell someone on the phone how another patient called her a b**ch. saying it over and over as if it's not children sitting in the oddity waiting to be seen. When i finally walk in the office. Before I can tell the doctor what's going on with my skin. He goes straight into my vaccination status. Which I have no idea what that has to do with my skin???? I'm trying to tell him what's going on constantly and he is all in on vaccinations. We talk about it for 9 out of the 10 mins I see him. I finally get out what the reason for my visit is out. He throws a prescription my way and tells me to come back in 2 weeks. I get home finally to use what was supposed to be for my face, to treat hyperpigmentation. He gave me alclometasone Dipropionate. Which is to treat sever rashes on the body, Eczema, etc. The first thing it tells you is it's not for the face! Guess where my prescription says to use it. So now my face is broken out worse than before. this place is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and very ghetto. Would not recommend to anyone.
