I went here for a blow out and flat iron. I used to go to Ossamas hair design in South Holland and the one downtown but they closed a while back. The lady that works the front desk and some times do hair..cannot do 4c hair. Please don't let her do your hair. I went here a few times. 1. She was trying to comb my tangled hair while it was wet commenting on how much my hair was shedding but literally pulling it out. 2. She was arguing with the other stylist (he does hair good) and being rough with my hair because she was angry. 3. She told me it would be extra because i didn't have a perm when i did at the time. I took my daughter in to getting a perm. I was so elated because we are new to the area. But had use another franchise they have in Matteson. Handicap parking is in front and it was clean. The workers were courteous. I amAnd friendly. I will be bringing my daughter back.Service: Perms
