They have always done a phenomenal job on my hair for YEARS! I love this location and the workers. After moving, I've been using the same Mena's Hair Design but in a different city. I definitely recommend this place. They know how to work on all hair types.

Let's speak the truth. Got my hair done on Saturday, march 30. When i say a wasted of money, a wasted of money. The washer guy was good. The blow dryer man was new and ok. I got to the woman. She dont take her time to fully straighten your hair out. The crazy part about it is that at that time, it was not busy at all. Please start asking her for a list of the prices. I caught her adding and changing the prices in the computer. I was going to bless the man's with a nice tip, but she charged me too much for a half job she did. I got home and pulled my hair up. Did a walk in for a wash and blow-dry on a Friday morning and there was only 1 client ahead of me. The shampoo service was good. My only recommendation would be to teach the shampoo staff how to properly detangle natural hair. Otherwise he was kind and very attentive. My blow-dry service began with a woman who didn't speak much English so she couldn't say much to me. I didn't care for the fact that she picked up a hair clip off of the floor across the room and was going to use it on my hair until the shampoo guy stopped her and told her not to do that in their native language. That's the only reason for the missing star in this review. NaNa completed the blow-dry and styled my hair. I was happy with her service and conversation throughout. Overall the vibe was good and I will absolutely return. NaNa informed me that she works alone most days and an appointment is preferred.
