I was dealing with an issue with my laptop. I met with Areeb in GeekSquad and he got me all sorted. Extremely well spoken gentleman and walked me through the process eloquently. Great experience, worked with Markus for several device problems...2 dead laptops, 2 cameras with issues, camcorder tape transfer issues and cloud support. He's awesome!
