Jan is absolutely amazing! She always makes sure I'm pushing myself so that I can keep excelling in my treatment. She is very flexible in trying to fit me into her schedule, where it also works with mine. She came highly recommended by my surgeons and they were right she is one of the best physical therapists I have ever met.

After months of living uncomfortably from back pain due to DDD I was recommended to Evolve. I am now very happy to say my activity levels have increased, my pain is reduced and feeling more like myself again and without surgery. Before physical therapy I was hesitant but Mark and Janelle made me feel welcome and listened and worked with me. If you are in need of physical therapy please consider them!
