Management runs around in circles. No one knows the priorities. Seems like they step over dollars to pick up pennies. If you underperform, you will be promoted.Pros: You can leave for lunch.

Very Happy with my product they made. Was not able to get what I needed at the local or big box hardware store so they custom made it for me and it DIDN'T COST AN ARM AND LEG. THE THREE OWNERS ARE VERY FAIR PEOPLE.
