10/10 overall experience. A few months ago. I signed up for a consultation, but ended up beong a walk-in appointment and getting my hair cut right then and there, due to the stylist's knowledge and ideas for my hair. I have somewhat thick, curly hair and sometimes struggle with how much there is, and had ideas about getting an undercut to help reduce the volume, and despite me not having a solid idea of what that would look like, the stylist (Jailene) was able to show me how an undercut would look and made me feel involved and confident in the process the whole time. I have been coming back to Jailene because she has been giving me a custom color that no other salon was able to do unless it’s with bleach. She’s amazing and I’m always satisfied with the results.
