Excellent gym with professional and knowledgeable trainers who give proper guidance and motivation. The gym is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended. I love all the coaches.I workout mostly in Danny's class. Danny is the best gym trainer! I adjust my work schedule and try to be in his class. He is Super supportive, positive, and motivating. Workouts are never boring, form is always corrected, and you are encouraged in the best possible way. Met Mike W., the GM at D1, and decided to purchase a 12-pack session — so glad I did. The energy, equipment, and coaching are all top-notch. Even though it’s a 30-minute drive for me, it’s absolutely worth it. My wife just signed up today and she’s just as excited to join.

Coach Mike is very nice, and not just him everyone there is very nice and great trainers. I think this training is amazing and they do a lot of good workouts there, I like that its competitive and kids work hard and do a lot of good work. If you want your kid to have a good experience and good training and even making friends this is the place to be.
