We love BTK9! Our dog used to attend daycare weekly, which he loved! Since moving, we have used BTK9 for boarding and it gives us such peace of mind knowing he is in great hands while we are gone. He has a blast every time he goes and gets so excited when we pull on their street. Highly recommend!!
There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for this service. We were leaving for our 2-week vacation and one of our dogs last minutes did not respond well to our in-home dog sitter. We were turned away from many boarding facilities as our dog did not do well with other people or dogs. My husband found BTK9, contacted Traci and rest is history. Traci is extremely knowledgeable and our dog immediately responded positively to her. We couldn’t be happier with our experience as we never thought our dog would act this way with others. BTK9 is the best dog training facility! We have an English Mastiff (6YO) and German Shepherd/Lab (8YO) that have been through various training programs over the years, none of which stuck. They were very reactive and had anxiety and confidence issues. We did a board and train with BTK9 and the results were fantastic! They not only took extra time with my stubborn mastiff, but they also provided a ton of follow up and additional assistance after the dogs came home. Even though we do not live nearby, Traci was responsive to my calls and texts and regularly reached out to check on the dogs. I highly recommend Traci and her team!
