Received a pedicure as well as a gel manicure set. My pedicure experience was wonderful. However, when it was time to receive my manicure, it seemed as if the tech(different from pedicures') was very annoyed that she was doing my nails. She would make comments under her breath that were, in my opinion, not suitable to be said to a client. I believe her name is Stephanie. She moved so fast through the process that when I actually had the opportunity to look at my nails, one was crooked. This has been my usual go to for the past 5 months … they do an okay job I must say… but I do need to make a suggestion ! As a beauty professional myself I would recommend to them that when you ladies mention that you’re fully booked for the day you should never let a paying client walk out , instead suggest to them “I’m sorry we are not able to accommodate you today , but If you would like we can schedule you an appointment for your earliest convenience!” That way you still keep your customer and make them feel important instead of just waking out the door : )
