I called the office the girl told me they would be open till 3pm I get there and the doors were closed I am very upset the new crew that they have at this location is very unprofessional I will not be coming back Dr Patel had been my doctor forever but with his new crew this is unacceptable

They NEVER answer phones and when they do they put you on hold for a LONG time. I have called while inside and they are doing NOTHING and still don’t answer phones. Good doctors but HORRIBLE nurses and assistance. They have attitudes they need to get off their high horse and DO THEIR JOBS.

I called to see if they were busy and said no, i get there within 10 minutes and it's packed, it's usually a long wait as they only do walk-ins, an appointment option would help a lot!
