Very well equipped, with weight training equipment, treadmills and other aerobic training equipment. Great music, but not loud or obtrusive. Not crowded. Friendly, courteous and professional staff. VERY CLEAN. And, there is a basketball court!

Thanks to Staab Tree Service on their tree removal services in Springfield! You guys do great work! Removing this, more than 100yo old oak tree from our yard was no easy feet. Most of the tree was hanging over the house and fence. We even got compliments from the neighbors about the thorough clean up that was done afterwards!
