I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible compassion showed to my son and his beloved dog, Sox, on the day Sox passed. Your professionalism, empathy and kindness gave us comfort. Thank you for treating Sox with such dignity and for making a devastating day a little easier to bear. I will be forever grateful.
The staff here is ABSOLUTELY amazing and never fails to take care of my two fur babies. I had an emergency with my cat Oreo late last night and I called first thing this morning right when they opened. They told me to come in at 9:30 and she will be taken care of. Phenomenal service and for what she was seen for I honestly thought it would cost more money. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive we make from Springfield. 10/10 recommend
Called Saturday for my cat that has an infection and got into Today, Monday at 2:45. Took awesome care of my CiCi as she took a bite into my hand ? Ashleigh called in reinforcements and they bandaged me up and took care of my CiCi. Thank you Ladies for coming to my rescue. That's why I love both of your places. Awesome employees
