“Seems like a great business and everyone seemed great the last time I saw my parents interact with them. I came to visit my parents and I asked about when their roof would be done, and I was told they had a date scheduled but it was pushed back which is unfortunate but understandable. I then asked when their new date for a roof was, and they said nobody will get back to them now.😔 I'm not sure why nobody is getting back to them. My parents are extremely stressed out and have been trying to get a new roof for a few years now while our family home seems to be falling apart due to the wait. I hope someone can get back with them and they stop getting ignored because it's breaking my heart. I don't want to give a bad rating because I know things come up, but I really hope this can be corrected. I recommended you guys to them and I feel really bad for it now. I'm happy to change my rating accordingly.”
