“Seems like a great business and everyone seemed great the last time I saw my parents interact with them. I came to visit my parents and I asked about when their roof would be done, and I was told they had a date scheduled but it was pushed back which is unfortunate but understandable. I then asked when their new date for a roof was, and they said nobody will get back to them now.😔 I'm not sure why nobody is getting back to them. My parents are extremely stressed out and have been trying to get a new roof for a few years now while our family home seems to be falling apart due to the wait. I hope someone can get back with them and they stop getting ignored because it's breaking my heart. I don't want to give a bad rating because I know things come up, but I really hope this can be corrected. I recommended you guys to them and I feel really bad for it now. I'm happy to change my rating accordingly.”

“We had a pretty good sized tree branch fall on part of the house earlier in the year. With it being my first time dealing with replacing a roof, Christian Hupp was extremely patient and professional in helping me throughout the process. He initially came out and inspected the damage. He then nailed down some patches until they could schedule me in as we were getting water leaks from the damaged decking/shingles. I want to thank Christian for such excellent customer service and the crew that came out. They were fast at the installation and cleaned up to the point you never knew they were there. Totally recommend Christian and I-57 roofing”
