The woman at the Clinique bar was absolutely amazing, I did not get her name but she had blonde hair! I came in looking for a product that is no longer offered and she helped me pick out something that I would love just as much. She also listened intently to me when I told her about my new struggle with acne. Amazing customer service from the Clinique Rep on 2/24/24 around noon. THANK YOU! (:

I had gotten a bad haircut and needed it evened up. I saw several 5 star reviews for the Alta salon and called for an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Lauren did a great job on my hair. She listened to my concerns and complaints about my bad haircut, which I had gotten at the Hair Cuttery. Anyways, Lauren didn’t make me feel bad or anything she simply fixed my hair and gave me a fresh, cute and beautiful haircut. I am so pleased with her service.Also I’m a plus sized lady and I found the chairs to be wide and very comfortable.Also, Alta has everything in the way of skin care and got some great advice from the lady at the Clinique counter...read full review

Ulta is one of two go-to stores for beauty supplies for my wife. The staff are very friendly and the store is clean. My only thing is practically half their displays are falling apart and the cosmetics are never organized.
