They told me what I thought that I needed a new charging port. They did not have one in stock but it came in the next day. I dropped my phone off at 2 and it was ready at 4.The phone is perfect now charging up from 10 percent to 100 in 45 minutes. This store gives great service at fair prices. I appreciated the customer service of John - in person - and Adam - on the phone. They were both very helpful and honest. Given the realities that my phone's issue could not be completely addressed since the data retrieval expert only works on Weds. - and next Weds. the store will be closed on Xmas Eve - I decided to take my phone to another place that looked at it today.
