Horrible experience. The classes didn't teach anything other than about insurance and drinking while driving. When it came time for the behind the wheel, the instructor didn't call back after leaving messages to schedule time for the training. Once we finally got in contact and scheduled a time, he never showed up. We called him back and he said that time doesn't work because he didn't have any contact information. He had VM with the number, all information including address, but still didn't reach out. It took us calling to find out he wasn't coming, after we had everything scheduled. My son take the class last November 2018 , he had all his hours . We change address so I call 3 months in advance to let they know about it so they can sent me the letter my son need for take the drive test , so Megan ( the secretary) told me I don’t need anymore so my son go to take the test and of course he need the letter to proof he had all the hours, so I go to the office and the instructor told , why I don’t change my address?? Really , and He told me he is gone send it... course never happen, so I call again and Megan don’t even found the file or my son
