Simon was quick to get my key and cylinder out of my door. I was able to gain access to my car and drive it home. He offered to help install new cylinder which was above and beyond. I appreciated his quick arrival and professionalism. If you're in a pinch and need help, he is thorough and nice to work with. Simon made a very bad situation bearable.

I cannot recommend Simon enough! I flew into Chicago from out of town and unfortunately lost the key to my luggage lock. I called multiple locksmith companies, but every single one told me they couldn’t come and I’d have to wait until the next morning. Simon, however, came through for me when no one else would. He showed up at 1am without hesitation, was incredibly professional, and had my lock open within minutes. His kindness, reliability, and efficiency truly turned a stressful situation into a smooth one. I wanted to give a shout out to Locksmith Express. I had an issue on Sunday where my lock broke and I was unable to open the door into the house from the garage. I called their phone number and a technician was on-site in less than two hours. He ended up having to replace both locks on the door which were over 20 years old.
The technician Olaf did a great job despite finding hidden challenges when he took the locks out completely. He stood by his quote, despite the extra time it took to complete the job.
I would highly recommend this company for any locksmith related work.
