I got my hair done on 12/2/23 and had box braids installed. Kay did a fantastic job. I was offered a 2pm slot but when a client failed to confirm their appointment she allowed me to come in earlier. She’s professional and requested a reasonable deposit for her services. Her work is neat and her braids were uniform. I will definitely be a repeat client.
I have been meaning to rate this shop for a while now. Welp now is my time! I tried this shop service once in the past but unfortunately for me the owner Kay unintentionally had some careless and non hard working staff at that time. Honey let me tell you, it showed in my hairstyle which by the way took 12 hours to complete by multiple staff. I am very picky about my hair, so it must be executed right. I only mention this story to say hey it happrns even to the very best stylish who own a shop. However after visiting Kay's shop again after a couple months desperate for my hair to be completed by someone since my regular stylish had emergency and had to cancel my appointment....read full review
Kay did an amazing job on my hair. I went in with one style in mind and switched it up and she had no problem with it and did an AMAZING JOB. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE STYLE. She was very professional. I would recommend her if your are looking for someone to do your hair.Service: Hair extensions
