Jacqui is delightful to talk with every few weeks for my haircut. She has been very flexible with rescheduling as well when my kids have been sick or whatnot. Shop is in the delightful Arlington Heights downtown area as well which makes it even more fun.
Jacqui has been cutting and coloring my hair for years and I am always highly satisfied. The salon is beautiful and in a great downtown Arlington heights location. I highly recommend
I've been seeing Jacqui for nearly a decade and honestly, I'll never go anywhere else. She takes the time to get to know you, your preferences and your individual needs to make sure you have the BEST experience and outcome. She's upfront with everything so you are both on the same page throughout every single appointment. Just over a year ago, I completely changed directions with my hair to a very unconventional style with bright blue hair and let me tell you.... SHE NAILED IT. I'm so glad I found her years ago. She's my girl for life!
