And also her personality is so upbeat and charming

JoAnn took me as a walk-in and made me feel welcome. This was my first time there, and I was pleased with the service! She was knowledgable about how to make my fine hair look good. I also brought her a picture of what I wanted. Three other hairstylists I've tried did not give me what I wanted when I showed this picture but JoAnn was not afraid to go bold and dramatic with my hair. She consulted me throughout the process to make sure that what she was doing was what I wanted her to do. I would use this business again for my next haircut.
