I didn't see the Dr. I was just there to pick up a lab order. The receptionist was excellent and very accommodating and helpful with getting me a message to Dr KOPENY. She excelled at her job.
Great experience. The dr took his time and answered questions. There were unknowns so some questions did not have definite answers. The only issue was it took a lot longer to get the test results back, but I do not think this was a dr issue rather it being a lab issue.
