I was excited to use my birthday coupon today which was awesome and I love the vacuums having such a strong suction. The only disappointing thing is the employee did not offer any samples although the container was fully stocked and had it right in front of him😔
Nick went above and beyond to help me at the car wash today when I realized I couldn't go through with my bike rack, he pulled out some tools and helped me remove it in the almost 90 degree heat! I had my kids in the car and I was so grateful for his willingness to go out of his way to help me when he saw me struggling to remove it myself. I was so impressed with his can-do attitude and his willingness to jump in and help. Amazing customer service and an amazing young man! We will be back and will be buying a membership now!
Been going to delta sonic for 20 years and it was hard for me to change since I was worried about the towel dry service but wow was I impressed with the service at this location. Everyone is so friendly and they even give you free vacuum service, air fresheners and interior wipes. Happy customer here
