Carol was helpful beyond belief. For a while my dad was worried about not finding the right wig and had many concerns regarding fitment, comfort, style, and overall aesthetics. Carol talked us through everything in our consultation prior to making any decisions. The overall results once the product was made were phenomenal and my dad couldn't be happier. I've been a customer of Carol Gray for the past 15+ years. Carol has always been a fantastic hairdresser to me since I walked into her salon (Carol's House of Hair) in Arlington Heights in 2009.She is very attentive to specifics/details and always gets the job done perfectly. She is absolutely the best in what she does and there has never been an instance when I've walked out of her salon dissatisfied.
