The session was relaxed and efficient, with friendly staff answering questions and showing how to style the wig. The final product looks natural, the fibers are soft, and the packaging includes a care guide.
In 2023, I started my cancer journey. Before I started chemo I made an appointment to try on wigs with Carol and found a cute dark brown bob wig. Later I returned to have her shave my head (in a very private area of the store). She was a lovely soul to work with during that time in my life. Today, I'm doing great and now passing that wig on to another Pink Sister in need. I would recommend seeing Carol if you need a compassionate person to work with when facing hair loss.
Having just completed chemo, I was looking for a wig that matched my natural hair color and style. Carol was wonderful to work with!! Her experience and compassion is eveident. She found the exact style I wanted but she had to order my color. She had a large selection of colors for me to choose from. The wig arrived within days. She offered to contour (trim) the wig to my liking around my face. The experience was a total delight!! 😄
