Stated with a quote last spring, signed a few weeks later once we picked tile, and demo began about a month after that. Everything moved at a reasonable pace. They kept us looped in when materials were running behind by a few days. The finished bathroom is exactly what we wanted.
Our main bathroom had a slow leak under the shower pan that we ignored way too long. By the time we accepted we needed help, the subfloor was soft and tiles were lifting near the corner. BathElite came out, pulled things back enough to see what was actually going on, and took us through what needed to be replaced versus what could stay. They didn't try to hard-sell us on a full gut job, which a couple other companies in Arlington Heights had pushed hard. First meeting was with Pavel, who actually measured everything and asked what we used the bathroom for instead of just throwing samples at us. The crew that did the work was quiet and tidy, laid down protection in the hallway every morning. Tile work in the shower niche is really clean, the grout lines are straight and even. Final walkthrough they pointed out a couple things to keep an eye on with the caulk over the first month, which I appreciated.
