Wanted to try a new salon in the area, looking for my go to since moving from the city. Overall the experience was average at best. I am giving this place a 3 because the lady who did my mani and pedi took her time and did a pretty good job. Even though the salon was brand new, it felt kind of dirty. There were nail pieces everywhere. After I took the slippers off post pedicure, the bottoms were very dirty and I did not walk around very much. When we went to pay, they told us when we made the appointment that there was a new customer discount but they seem to ignore that when I paid and when I mentioned it, he seemed very annoyed. I've had my nails done at 312 in AH twice now and both times, I loved the way my nails looked. The first time I went, I got a full set tips with gel, and he did a great job. The second time I went for a fill and new color and I honestly think this was one of the best anyone has ever done - no joke. The shape, length, color, cuticles - everything was perfect. As far as the customer service and general vibe...I only gave 3 stars because of what a lot of others are saying. The staff is not friendly at all but the second time I went, my tech was *slightly* more welcoming than the first tech. 312 Nails does a great job on your nails. They have a ton of colors to choose from. It is absolutely beautiful inside as well. However, every time I come though, even with a reservation I have to wait to begin my services- sometimes over 30 minutes.It's really frustrating because I want to love this place, but they don't do a good job with their scheduling.
