He calmly walked me through every step, answered every question, and truly helped reduce my anxiety. He took the time upfront to guide me through all the design options — flooring, tile, tub, shower — and respected my request to keep my original sink, medicine cabinet, and toilet. The specialization of each trade was impressive. Waldron doesn’t cut corners by having one person do everything. They brought in experts for each part — carpentry, tile, painting, shower doors, and more. Everyone who worked in my home was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at their craft. Joe Waldron, the owner, was also very involved throughout the process. He visited my home multiple times to ensure the work was progressing smoothly and met high standards. My bathroom looks fantastic, the issue that plagued my last remodel is fixed, and the entire project — including the door replacement — was completed at a very fair price.
