They are extremely customer oriented. The pricing was very good. Frank did our install and did a terrific job. He really is an expert. We absolutely love our screen door. You don't even see the screen. It looks like there is no screen there, so it doesn't impede the view to the outside.

We had Midwest install a Phantom retractable screen door on our newly remodeled home. We were not sure we would be able to find a compatible screen door for our Weathershield contemporary in-swing patio door. Frank showed up in the rain to show us samples and we did really like the look. Little did we know that he had everything he needed in his truck and had the entire job complete in two hours. Looks great and functions very well.
